We are a Fortune 500 company seeking several Human Resource Assistants to telecommute from home. We basically need someone to help with the overflow of incoming emails to our company. Most emails contain resume's, therefore you will be reviewing the emails and selecting which ones will be best suited for the positions that we have available at any given time. (You will be provided all the information).
You will save the preferred resumes into an online folder that can be accessed by our Human Resource Manager, (by way of a shared online storage center that we have), and schedule appointments through emails and telephone calls between the candidate and the HR Manager.
We are seeking someone with a professional work ethic, and preferably someone who has worked in Human Resources or Personnel Departments in the past. Email, Excel, and occasionally Microsoft Word are the only programs you will be required to use. We will provide paid training, and we will send you a 1099 at the end of the year.
