The lounge consists of a large comfortable seating area with fireplace, stereo, DVD, freeview box, video recorder and television.   The dining area has a pine table and plenty of seating allowing you to eat in comfort. The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table with overhead storage and storage facilities under the bed. The second bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinet. Bedroom number three( 8 berth) has twin beds with storage overhead and a small clothes hanging area. We supply pillows and quilts for all the beds. The main bathroom has a hand basin and a walk in shower with sliding doors.A seperate toilet is situated next to the bathroom.   The kitchen has a full size four ring cooker with separate grill, integrated full size fridge freezer and oven, there is a working extractor hood above. A microwave, electric kettle and toaster are available for your use. The dining area has a panel heater, a further two heaters are supplied should you require them. All energy costs are included in our price. The caravan is fully equipped for your needs, all that you need to bring with you are;  towels, sheets, pillowcases, quilt covers, toilet rolls.... and spending money. Waterside Caravan Park.                                       Waterside Leisure Park Our caravans are situated on the quiet family site of Waterside Leisure Park in Anchor Lane, Ingoldmells near Skegness. On site there is a Londis supermarket for your newspapers, fresh bread and milk etc., and two fishing ponds (day tickets required). Nearby there is a club house on Stephenson’s site, with entertainment and amusements for the kids. The Anchor and Bell pubs are 5 minutes away, both providing nightly entertainment for grown ups and both with separate kids rooms with entertainment for them. The Bell also provides good meals at very reasonable prices. Elsewhere on Anchor Lane there is the usual Fish & Chip shops, restaurants, amusements and some good shops and walk around bargain stores to browse around. Coastfields site is also 5 minutes away with its swimming pool and clubhouse with nightly entertainment (passes required). Buses run every 10 minutes in high season from outside the site, passing Fantasy Island and Butlins, into Skegness with all its attractions including the Embassy Theatre, which provides entertaining shows for all ages. Yabberdoos warehouse is easily accessed within walking distance from the site for every bargain required and club tropicana at chapel st leonards have excellent nightlife and shows for all ages and tastes in music.
